Reporting to the Swiss Financial Manager
- Manage customers’ relationship in connexion with sales team
- CRM and process integrity guarantor
- Billing and cash recovery
- Validate and manage CRM info to ensure proper and efficient billing
- Produce monthly billing
- Manage customers payments recovery
- Issue regular sales reporting
- Manage suppliers booking and administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational skills, rigorous, and reliable
- Customer oriented mindset
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, even in telework
- A first professional experience is required
- You like informatics and Tec environment
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM and more generally open-source applications
- Languages: Fluent Swiss German and French, English is also required
