We are recruiting a Service Manager, support technician located in Lyon (Fr). We are offering a full-time permanent contract at Alinto (France).

Reporting to the group COO
- Ensure the customer satisfaction
- Keep tracking on customers’ requests using ticketing system, according to SLA
- Manage services set-up and upgrades
- Manage customers’ L1 and 2 requests (email or phone) including email tracking (logs search, email routing analysis)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of solutions and Customers Experience
- Take part of anti-spam / anti-virus intelligence
- Contribute to knowledge base enhancement
- Team worker oriented
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and diagnostic capabilities
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Intellectual curiosity, especially with regards to the new technologies
- Listener, motivated and autonomous
- Windows environment (client), Messaging (Outlook, Thunderbird, Smartphones), Exchange mail server
- Email protocols and Internet services (DNS, security, routing)
- MySQ, SQ, Linux and command line
- Professional English required; Spanish also appreciated
